If goods have not yet been dispatched, we will refund your payment immediately should you decide to cancel your order and advise us by phone or email of cancellation.
If an item is found to be defective, please contact us by phone or email immediately with details of the defect, to enable us to arrange for return of the defective product at our cost. On receipt of the defective product, you can choose either to receive a refund or replacement. In case of a refund, we will refund to you the total cost of the order including the delivery charge. In case you choose to have the item replaced, we will send you a replacement and bear the delivery charge.
If you decide within 7 days of receipt of goods to send them back unopened in their original condition, you will be refunded the total cost of the order less delivery costs, as soon as we receive back the goods. We will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 5-7 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. You will be responsible for the goods until they reach us so we recommend you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature on delivery. You will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless they were delivered to you in error. We reserve the right to restrict returns to unopened or defective products only at our discretion.
If an item was damaged during the delivery process, you may ask for a refund and return it. If requested, another item of same value will be re-shipped.
If an item was not delivered, we will automatically issue a full refund of the item(s) value(s).
If your order is missing or lost in transit, we will refund you or resend another item free of charge.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless your order was defective or delivered to you in error. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
